Current mcap is around £50m. The sp was over £3 just a few months ago. Just give it a few weeks and this will be a multibagger.

The main problem this company has is that the overall flooring market is subdued. Once sales start going up then the sp will follow. This is the biggest flooring company in Europe. It will come good soon.

There was no fraud..it was signed off ad audited that there was no misappropriation of funds and the amount concerned was less than 2% of revenue. Last report said vcp received all monies owed so no fraud.

Main reasons I am in are-

1) grew market share in a subdued market.

2) have not discounted prices.

3) most of their costs are variable so if sales are lower.

4) have decent profit margins.

5) have a wide consumer base including uk, Europe,usa and Australia.

The drop here has been well over done. Today's drop alone was just people getting spooked due to what GS did. If that had not happened there would have been another 5-10% rise. Looking over the medium term this will hit £1.50 easily.

There are some decent buys showing up. Looks like the tide is turning. Have topped up again. Luckily yesterday i just dipped my toe in. I held some back just in case and have a final bit that I will put in if this goes in the 40's but I hope that won't be needed. The mcap is too low. This will hopefully now start climbing back up barring any ii games.

The longer we have a problem the better the returns later. Share buybacks are going to help out a lot. If current sp was still at around £13 then the cost for daily buybacks would be around twice what is currently paid. So in a way that's £260m worth of shares being cancelled for £130m. I know it's a bit of a weird way of looking at it but that's the way I see it. This share will come through. I've topped up a bit today(also opened up positions in 2 others but that's for another board lol). Fundamentals have not changed. £800m profit is the target and current mcap is around £2bn. It's a no brainer

Not many people would have brought in at sub 50p based on the volume over the last few weeks. Volume is now much higher and looks like the major sellers have finished off loading as well. Everything points to a significant rerate.

Screw 85p, this has got legs to get to £1 and that is just by next week

I'm in. This is seriously undervalued. if it clears £1 then £1.50 should be easily doable

As I have just brought in. But in the long term this will be a sound investment. Have been watching for weeks waiting for a retrace so I could get in but the sp just kept climbing. Should have brought in at 2.20, 2.50 even 2.70 and I would have been sitting on a nice juicy profit now.

I am almost at breakeven, just a few pennies more. has been over 2 years and in hindsight I should have topped up when it was below £12, but was waiting for £6 to go all in, oh well, live and learn. Still have a long term target of £23 to sell.

Why would anyone pay then millions for this. They can take it for nothing. It's Tanzania ffs and this is a lifestyle company that has not done any work to advance the project so it would be easy to take it off them. This is being delisted for a reason and the reason is MB has realized he cannot milk this and pay for the listing on AIM so the best thing to do is delist off AIM whilst taking a few more months of his £8k+ a month salary.

They will think nothing of this. They have not invested anything or agreed to anything really. They can and will most likely take away the license for zero compensation and give it to blackrock or maybe even walkabout. The alarm bells should have rang when people were trying to justify the silence by saying MB was waiting for a competitor to build infrastructure and then ACP would get use of it for free. I did try and argue that this would not work as there is no company that will spend millions and then allow a direct competitor access to the same infrastructure, especially in a depressed market but I got called all sorts. Apparently I didn't know what I was talking about. I was hoping to average down and get out on a spike but it seems MB got the last laugh. Oh well, my 2 biggest investments, Mobico and Vistry are doing well and Ive got my health and family so I need to be grateful that the worst I have to contend with is a small 4 figure loss.

Lesson learnt, never invest in these tinpot companies. Luckily this was less then 4% of my portfolio and I did make a bit of a money buying at 3p and selling at 5p a couple of times, so my loss is not great but overall I have lost money. There is no trust left, they are saying they may be able to arrange for a platform to buy and sell shares privately but cannot promise this. I'd rather just take the £28 left and enjoy it. I just feel sorry for those who have lost tens of thousands if not more. This was nothing more than a lifestyle company from the very beginning.

There really is no strain. Round my end there are literally no houses to rent and not many that are being sold either, I live in a fairly low priced area where not so long ago, you could buy a 3 bed room house for about £150k, this is now £200k+. We also have several properties that we rent out and the rental now for a 3 bedroom house is £1000+, just 2 years ago we were charging £600, we are now charging £1050 for our 3 bedroom houses. And there is no shortage of people that are willing to pay this. Recently we did buy a 2 bedroom house, that needed some work doing to it as the 3 beds were out of our price range. These types would have been £100kish pre covid but cost £160k and the rental for this is £800pcm. And we had 4 tenants wanting this. All of them said the same thing, they cannot find anything decent and the decent ones want £1200 for a 3 bedroom and £1000 for a 2 bedroom. I like to charge just below the going rate as it is not good to be too greedy but there is definitely a housing shortage. This can only be a positive for all house builders.

But that is months away, so not sure what FYR is coming up.

Full year result

The big one for me is the continuing share buy back. Every business day around an extra 10k shares will be taken out and cancelled. It may not seem like a lot but if the sp does stay at current levels for the foreseeable future, then this only adds to the rise that will eventually take place. Barring any further bad news, we are in a win-win situation.

It would be a massive gamble to stem the tide using £7.5M of your own money, especially from someone who has much greater knowledge of the business then the average pi. It is a sign that the sp should not be at these levels. We have had 3 director buys already. The last one is the one that will reassure the market and turn the "algorithms" into our favour. It's already showing effect as the price is now going up.

Director buy of £7.5M just announced. What was being said before of small token buys. This shows how undervalued the sp is. The bots are taking this down but it will rise soon.
