Any reason why GGP couldn’t buy a 20-25% in ARV perhaps.

Rarely post here too much nonsense but this chap may have a scenario IMO I’ll say it again IMO.
Buying Artemis would be the move wouldn’t it; their area surrounds GGP on 3 sides and they have announced channels etc continuing on from inside Havieron.
When they sell the 5%, plus the 50M loan, and Artemis only currently being valued @95M, then. 150-175M take out seems perfectly plausible.
No added debt to GGP, getting vast swathe of land with PROVEN channels of resource and then being almost the largest land holder in the area.
Then would NCM or someone else want to have a go at the enlarged GGP with a min of 20M oz, as per Alistair and possibly SD propose ?
All IMO before we have the usual cretinous comments from the resident cretins here.

It’s rare I post these days as I’m bored with getting shot down in flames for the mere suggestions that I have voiced in the past.
Although a reasonably substantial holder in MTR, I and many here have found the total lack of communication with its shareholders by the BOD to be very VERY poor.
You highlight SAU and I have to concur with you; millions of dollars has been pumped in by us and yet not a single word from our leaders in respect of that investment.
As Q points out, we are repaying a loan on that investment; currently it’s on its R S E and we are paying for it to be on its R S E; but not a word from anywhere or anyone.
CBE is almost identical; millions of dollars of investment and what do we hear from our BOD ?? Nothing except for “MTR notes the note that was noted by the notary at CBE”…. Jesus Christ !
I’m pretty sure there will be some scolding from other holders here but everything I have written above is correct and for those who ask “Well leave if you are unhappy with the performance” I can’t as the SP has dropped below purchase prices average !
So it’s getting better by the day.

Like a lot here, extreme LTH. There is no PR whatsoever and when I have previously mentioned that, I just get shot down in flames. I don’t bother posting anymore although I do check in daily; no one knows about MTR because they don’t know HOW to tell investors about MTR !!!
It’s going to come good of that there is no doubt; so best do what I do. Buy a shed load, sit tight in silence and wait for the £££££”s to flow and the SP to go in the right direction.
