The problem W is total silence from the BOD; if no one comes forward to explain what they are going to do, why certain things are why they are then people have seen a sinking value for apparently no reason but absolutely no communication and will therefore just sell and move on.
It’s quite odd that our illumini have not come out all guns blazing telling people like me and you and the other posters how wrong we are and that our amazing NOMAD, who we never EVER hear from, won’t allow any communications from the BOD; so our investment in tanking and the answer from those in control, DONT SPEAK!!
Remind y of anyone ?? else in politics perhaps….

I read the two posts yesterday regarding us being bought out; a couple of thoughts.
SFR are currently on a depressed valuation of 2 BILLION dollars so not sure why they would want to buy a £40 MILLION pound company and as for the NSR”s; didn’t anyone see their net profits WITHOUT mining BOTS ??

There is total silence from the BOD….

In regards to communicating, it’s interesting to note that if our fellow holders hadn’t posted yesterday about the CBE deal, many MTR holders wouldn’t have known anything about it because of course, we have still not had an RNS here about it from our very well paid BOD.

Of course the actual question to ask ourselves is;

Why are CBE buying us out in the first place ? What do they know that we don’t because I’m pretty sure that UNLIKE us, they don’t actually have a revenue stream currently so how is this all going to be paid for ? Cash calls and we participate because we will still own our 24% ? What’s the point of that ?

Correct; I got slaughtered for telling people how we should market this company and tell everyone about us; so I don’t bother anymore.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the next RNS will be entitled “Taking the Co private” so that all the major shareholders can divvy up the NSR”s into their sunsets and completely shaft us; I’ve reduced my holding, not to reflect my opinion, but to mitigate the losses which are accumulating.
In a world where we are heading to, in other words any ANY company with long term loans/overdrafts etc must be shatting themselves because we are heading into a financial oblivion and MTR are “fully cashed up” save for a collar facility, our BOD should be releasing a statement….AND TELLING EVERYONE that we are all good.
But I know one illustrious poster would tell me “We can’t do that “!

It’s been so long I can’t actually remember and can’t be bothered to go through the hundreds of “Pleased to note” nonsense; we do have a NSR over the sqm don’t we of KML ? I’m actually staggered that after the millions of dollars spent on AEM and ground assays and testing and BLA BLA BLA, the very highly paid BOD have now decided to sell up !
Interesting for our alumini, if they are brave enough, to tell us how much has been smashed away for absolutely nothing.
It’s almost as poor as our investment in ARV in which I also hold a substantial amount of but NOT privy to the conversations……
