There's no unanimity in Euroland over the latest ECB actions. There were even some members who felt that they were unable to support a rate cut and those that just 'went along with' rate tiering because they hadn't much of a choice.

Sweden's open-trading economy is highly leveraged to the international cycle and is watched by analysts as an indicator for global industry. Its PMI data tends to anticipate eurozone trends by roughly two months.

"If you think the euro area mess is over, then think twice: Sweden is the canary in the coal mine," said Andreas Steno Larsen from Nordea Bank. "We feel confident that Sweden is in a light recession right now. It is Europe's most open economy and it acts as a bellwether for the world."
If they're in the business of promoting employment and growth they better get a move on because its all going pear shaped pretty soon.
Just award the concession and by the time this forthcoming recession is over we should catch the serious fundraising going into an upturn.

I believe all the comments about fiscal union in the Eurozone have been removed. This news in itself has the potential for major issues in the UK and will in time ultimately affect future government policy, which obviously has a bearing on Lloyds Banking Group.

Unfortunately Brexit has and continues to affect Lloyds SP and you're in denial if can't see that.

I was going to point this out on a similar post yesterday, but as we all know if you upset livestock you run the risk of being subjected to a load of foul mouthed abuse, and I mean foul, as some on here will testify.

Some of us on here have been suspended even banned for mentioning brexit etc, but are without exception polite.
I usually ignore livestock's posts because of his previous attitude but today I've made an exception.

German PMI continues its inevitable decline bringing the rest of em down with it.
If they're not in recession now you can safely say the figures have been manipulated.
Can't see it improving anytime soon, especially after we leave.
