Sajid javid's war on NHS waste is continuing in earnest. Yesterday it was revealed he’s scrapping the Chief People Officer role entirely from NHS England, meaning Prerana Issar will be the first and last person to ever collect £230,000 from the taxpayer just to ‘lead’ on diversity and inclusion.
There was no justifiable reason to have a glorified NHS diversity manager – whose total salary package including pension since 2019 totalled around £1 million – paid about £70,000 more than the Prime Minister. Issar somehow even earned more than the NHS England CEO who hired her.
Let's hope this war on woke continues.
Apparently the NHS jobs board indicated this morning they’re hiring another 8 more diversity managers on salaries up to £83,000, but that's the sprawling NHS for you.

Never been comfortable getting into bed with them, however now that BEM are near the 60% mark it seems to me it's more and more like the tail wagging the dog here.
It's a free ride for Vardar and as Kosovo progresses the price goes up on the remaining percentage we don't own.

Rightly or wrongly, I'd have put money on the controlling EU to be first out the blocks to introduce some form of regulation on crypto. They're not only regulate, they'll want to make money from it somehow and it looks like it will be regarding the environmental impact of their assets.

Not one word of outrage from them about the deaths of migrants in what is after all a part of their beloved EU, in what Spain called an attack on its territory.
