WTF, I'm at a colleague's house right now, the BBC was on the box. They've just had probably 5 minutes of adverts for the BBC. Does this happen often?

To form a new government can take up to six months before it is installed. Then you get minority parties setting the agenda for the masses. Talk about the tail wagging the dog.

A bit like the common market, was an ongoing process. Most were content back then, but look how that has evolved, a complete shambles. The UK on its own will do a far better job and I fully expect that we will have to come to the rescue of some European countries in the future as we have in the past.
A one size fits all currency is unworkable as you know and can see. It's something the likes of Gazzleberry and his brainless colleagues will learn if they ever get their wish.

Why keep knocking the UK, I'm not worse off on purely monetary grounds than I was 10 years ago, I can only resort to inclement weather as being 'a sometimes' negative. Even that is now easily rectified with post covid travel virtually back to normal if you seek warmer climes.
