Morning Banbury, personally I think the £175k to pay of debt was just to pay of interest that had occurred on one or more loans ! Lender getting twitch and didn’t want it building up any higher as probably getting worried RRR had no means to pay apart from a share issue. It would suprise me that f the amount paid off was less than £175k, I would imagine it was probably £150k but they persuade the lender to take £175k instead to make it look like shares where issued at a premium ! Which ever way you look at it RRR are screws which means helpful is also screwed !
