Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company, with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals and hydrocarbons, principally in Africa and Australia, announces that at the Annual General Meeting, held today 16 February 2024 at 2:00 pm, resolutions 1, 3, 4 and 5 have been passed on a show of hands and resolution 2 has been withdrawn and Scott Kaintz has accordingly retired as a Director and remains as CFO.

Just my personal opinion the money was for the £20k running costs of RRAL, but they issues £30k worth of shares at 0.03 to make it look like they raised at a premium, where in reality it was just to pay the £20k which they had no other way of doing - All in my opinion of course

Can see this dropping below 0.02 by end of week - If the subscriber of the shares wants to sell straight away to get the cash it will crash ! Recent seller got limited to 1 mil sells today so if someone wants to dump it will be painful

Lower risk - Looks like the broker just trying work some sells through to accommodate a placing, so not quoting a sell for anyone else ! Prob sell orders in the back ground ! POW payment - RRR have no money so gonna have to borrow more money or massive discounted placing !

CLN’s - Note holders don’t want shares in RRR in my opinion as to be honest why would you ? I reckon there a stand off now between bell and holders !

Debt position - I gonna got for £12 million of debt, when you have no income and no way to pay interest apart from more borrowing or loans mass dilution think it’s safe to say RRR most certainly isn’t in a good place !
