It is GST who can dictate when Semnet get their shares, 9 months from finalisation of deal, or any time before ! Just putting it out there so it gets talked about and the more it’s talked about the less likely it will happen 😉

Says to me Helpful wants people to believe it’s all about bilbale is coming so they buy and he can sell ! If Helpful believed news was coming and good news at that surely he would be buying at these levels ? Wouldn’t he ? Or am I missing something ? Why are you not buying at the lowest share price the company has ever been ? But yet super positive ! As you know I’m not the most intelligent but think even I can work that one out 🤔🤥🤷‍♀️

Hmmmm ! Something a bit odd about what’s going on here - My thoughts for what it’s worth.

I genuinely believe the SP is being kept low on purpose - I’m thinking it’s so that Semnet can convert their £1 million at a lower price ! I really hope I am wrong and the company does not issue the shares before the 9 months date from completion - As let’s be honest we all think the SP will be far far higher come September, so giving Semnet shares at this price would be criminal - Let’s see if the bod are different to many others I’ve been invested in and do what’s best for PI’s here

Nike, worth checking the announced figures to what was in the end of year accounts! I think you will find that some of/most of the gold was pinched !

And dags you post re the top is spot on ! If I had listened to cheabol instead of arguing with him I would have been £1.5million better off, but when you look at it the other way, his words finally got through to me (after many heated phone calls) and if I hadn’t have listened to him when I did - Well I probably wouldn’t be here now , my lowest buy here was just sub 3p, so if id sold the lot at Cica £3 I’d be a very wealthy man, but call it greed,stupidity or naivety - May be all 3 - I sold majority at £1:20 - £1:50 - Yes I get the thoughts why didn’t I selll at £3 - but by fxuked if I hadn’t have sold when I did things would be a lot worse now ! @kat - I got the measure of most people on this board but am still miffed with you ! This not me having a go, just can’t quite find your angle - invested, quite a lot according to your posts, yet the narrative of your posts does not support that IMO !

Not gonna lie I would love to come on here now and say yes it was me selling at 1-15 -1.20 and I just bought back, but I’m not that good. Unlike some I am currently underwater but I ain’t selling a single share before next results ! If they are underwhelming and below my expectations I will bail, if they anywhere near where I think they will be then my patience will be rewarded massively ! I know your a bit of a wind up but I do hope you are invested, be a bitter swill to swallow soon if your not, in my opinion of course !

The big rise in 2010 was due to the best investment RRR ever had, Jupiter mines . Again, Andrew Bell totally messed it up - They were always classed as the Jewel in the crown . Jupiter were paying awesome dividends and was a good income, RRR’s only income ! Unfortunately Andrew Bell sold out quite soon after he was ousted from the Jupiter board, blew the cash and with it RRR’s only source of income.

RRR now back with no income, still massive costs to run the company and back to what RRR do best, placing and dilution. I do expect another placing before any material progress in BF, but I do expect another attempt to pump SP before we get a placing, as if they don’t I think they will stuggle to get the placing away, or all least not without a heavy discount ! All in my opinion and do your own research which it looks like you are doing 👍 GL

Kat, apologies didn’t read all of that long post but I got the jist of it, and you had some valid points.

Personally for me - next results are absolutely crucial ! Personally, I think that will be the inflection point and this current SP will be history - the only issue I have here is I can’t work out how the SP is so low - There must be a reason, but I be honest I can’t think of it !

Nike, just so you know - After 15 years of following Andrew Bell and RRR closely, I like to think I got a better handle than most on here ! Landed to know Helpful didn’t take the placing cos that means he’s down more on his investment than I thought ! Andrw Bell and helpful are parasites - They benefit by other people losing, worse than that they even try and encourage them to lose money -
