I genuinely don’t know but it looks like it is a roll over of a short position - The only thing I am basing this on is that the 24 million were bought and then sold in that order today ! Mass dilution def coming for RRR, but only around 530 million shares as that’s all they have the authority left to issue ! My opinion is they are hoping doing this deal good winks people in to to buying, so they can get a placing away at higher price, which POW can then convert at same price - Then call a meeting to ask share holders for more authorisation for shares with the promise of hold aplenty - When the POW CEO has clearly stated this concession isn’t on easy ground to mine ! If the deal did go through it’s already less than 1.5 mill

166 million shares at 0.15 = £250k

Fact is shares are 0.05p so that’s already 160k off the deal, negatively for POW but favourably for RRR ! I agree News that this was proper RNS so Nomads happy ! Just few to many hopes in it for me to believe it yet !
