Oooooooooo wonder what price they got the conversion price down to for it to roll over AGAIN. CLN holders can’t force payment because RRR have no cash so would send the company in to bankruptcy. It’s catch 22, set the conversion price anywhere near current SP is just screwing all holders and be a massive hindrance to any SP rise, but the lower the better for the greedy CLN holders because too high and their money tied up for another year and be in exactly the same place ! We know which one is happening. 😂😂😂

My thoughts for what it’s worth ! Safe to say based on RRR’s expenditure as per accounts, they have spent a lot more than they have raised of late, meaning they just have had money from somwhere else. I think the large holders know AB only has authority to issue a very small amount of shares as he has issued the majority already, so they have leant money to the company to prevent AB having to call a GM to ask for authorisation to issue more shares ! Risky play but let’s see if it works out for them, it will all be down to show many believe the “reach” RNS that is likely to mention production ! We watch and wait !
