I didn’t ramp at all yesterday and try and suck people in, I could just see a ramp coming and had a quick in and out !

Helpful, my maths not the best so if you could help that would be great !! As of 31st December RRR had just £82k in cash ! 6 months costs in the interim was roughly £1.5 million . They have done one raise for circa £250k since which means, If cash burn same as previous 6 months they would have had to have borrowed £1.25 million plus just to stand still and not age wages - The last 2 x subscriptions got an awful fishy smelly auror about them, time will tell I suppose ! But loan payments alone in the interims were over £220k, wonder what they are now ? Oh and we still yet to see what price the CLN holders are going to roll them over for ! Helpful not been so grumpy last day so perhaps he swallowed this time a Bell has lowered the price below 0.1 ? xx

Can I answer with both ?? The sums just don’t add up ! But saying that going on the sums (interims, Cadbury, cash placings) RRR would have already been screwed by now ! By my guess work they must have taken out over £1 million somehow, be it in undisclosed loans etc to maintain the cash burn they have in the previous 6 months ! Again WTFDIK but at least this time I’m basing it on figures !

So the CLN’s racked up another £41k in interest in last 6 month interim period, just wondering if this is just added to what owed or is paid out ! Wow, looking at that interest on loans apart from the CLN was a whopping £224k for the 6 months, add in the £585k administration costs for the 6 months, you can see why people are suggesting the company is stone broke and desperate for cash They only had £82k cash in the bank as of 31st December ! How have they managed this long ? Thats it we don’t know so something must have gone on that shareholders don’t know about, unless your helpful of course !

Helpful, can I play please ! Have you received any interest on your CLN’s yet ? As in banked any cash from them. Large some of cash with as yet nothing back, interested to see what roll over has been negotiated between you, the others and Bell ! Is he playing hard ball ? The deferred shares could well have been issued to Andrew Bell, and he can redeem when he retires(if I have read deferred shares correctly). If that was the reality then RRR holders would have something to celebrate ! As I said, the issued deferred shares seen to add up exactly to the last 2 subscriptions - Were the last 2 to the same person ? As always RRR we just have to guess !

Still no news from RRR on BF, I was expecting a “reach” RNS by now to try and hoodwink some more people in to believing BF is still imminent, close or even started - When I mean started I mean putting a shovel in the ground - Again alm the above just my thoughts and opinion and of course DYOR as WTFDIK
