I too think update will be very good I’m May. My wife works in a food store and they are, and have been for months, doing record numbers. Christmas was OUTSTANDING!! DIvidend on the way I think but still a way off returning to the top table imo.

If dividend is reinstated in May update I think 200p per share is very realistic.

I’m no expert so I would guess initially 3-4p per share. I went for the full allocation of £500 a month so have over 20000 shares. I’ll do the same in ‘24 and again in ‘27 then take dividends as a small income rather than reinvest.

Feb ‘24 is the earliest you can cash in your shares from the share save scheme so I understand your interest as I’m in the same situation. I’m in a position where I don’t want or need to sell as I’m holding on for the eventual return of dividends. I’ll be ploughing more into the ‘24 share save when that starts. I guess that the share price then will be determined by the Christmas result from this year. I personally think that this is a real and lasting turnaround from mks rather than another false dawn. When dividends are re-introduced in May

Very positive news re: new stores. Reinforces my belief that dividends will be back very soon. Also, I was at Brentford earlier this season. Born in Brentford and loving the fact they’re sitting at the top table.

Very good results as expected. Only a matter of time before dividends return.

I think they will announce the return of dividends tomorrow. Going by my wife’s store I think results will be outstanding with shares hitting 170p.

Westfield White City packed and my wife’s simply food store taking record amounts through the till.

When are M&S returning to dividend payments?
I have options on 21321 shares at breakeven price and am thinking of buying in the hope of receiving a dividend in the near future. Any thoughts??

If there are 4.28b shares and 5% have been valued at 60m then ggp must be ‘worth’ 1.2b meaning sp should be 0.28p, no?
