You are right SCM. 6 p is the starting point of any sensible SP. Those that have sold out. We know who they are, are desperate to keep it under that. They will not succeed.

If the bid is 3.81 and the ask is 4.10 then the SP cannot be 4.1p...shpuld be about 3.85p so effectively we are marginally down ...as Mickey says WTAF

The more I contemplate the Prevail investment in HEMO, the better it looks. Prevail, generally does not invest in Pre Clinical companies. However, with HEMO , it made an exception . Prevail has history of bringing other Partners onboard and making investments in the $10m dollar range . Dont forget that the investment was at a premium of 240%.

HEMO, is now a clinical stage Pharma and as so it worth more than before the CH was lifted.

Prevail may have made an agreement to put its second , larger Tranche in at 6p and then again it might not have. One thing that is certai, is that it wont be for less.
