Yes Wyn, i am saying that HARL should do a deal soon. But i am not saying that they are trying to do a deal on future rate levels. What i am saying is that the next move in interest rates is down and this factures into negotiations ( favourably) for HARL.

That's not what the Chief Economist for the Bank of England is saying. interest rates in the UK will fall in the short term, HARL will gets its Finance deal and we can invest our winnings in Bonds when they go up again.

My point is that is that is already helping HARL. Lenders have seen it all before. Pre election interest cuts ( whether justified or not). Whoever HARL is taking to will be keen to get the deal locked in before that happens.
