Clearly Philip you are not invested at all and certainly dont have £40 in HARL. I have read all of your posts, the vast majority are negative. I dont believe you and are willing to bet t£10k that you dont have 40k in HARL as of today. Come back to me and we can make the arrangements.
Regarding the Incentive plan, i imagine you have no idea how they are set up and the goings on in the background behind them. The remuneration committee , which usually consists of Non Execs produce them. These Non Execs are chosen by the very people who the plan will benefit. It is not in the best interest of the Non Execs future job prospects, to set a unachievable figure. Discussions will have gone on with the CEO and CFO , who have a very good idea about what the level of contract wins that are likely to happen before the relevant benefit dates. HARL will be 50p plus by September.

One of the most important pieces of news to come out of HARL over the last few months, is the pricing of the Directors incentive package. For the CEO to benefit from the first part , the SP must be over 37 p for ninety days from the end of September. To achieve this i believe , due to price fluctuations , a safe price level has to be over 50p. The price was set at this level by the renumeration committee because they know it is achievable. The SP wont stay at this level for long.

Hmm good market, but the company has bad fundamentals. Its making big losses, £28,000,000m last year and not enough cash to cover it. I think it will need a large discounted placing to stay trading.
