The CFO bought in at a higher price. HARL is an excellent company to loan money to , from the point of Finance providers. HARL will negotiate a new enhanced deal that will allow it access to the capital that will take it to a £200 a year turnover company.

Exactly Xenor.The real reason is money ( as usual) . The MMs use the sentiment that they have created to pick up share cheaply and then sell them later at a increased margin.

I could equally ask the question , If it doesn't matter, then why don't the MMs post the actual factual details. im sure Its not exactly technically difficult.

The biggest fool on here is Jono. He is a fool to believe that anyone listens to him after he stated he bought UOG at 5p , sold at 2p, but still managed to make a profit. The guy is a bitter fantasist.

I agree with both Xenor and Kaeren. I think the only thing missing out is the strong possibility of excessive exuberance returning on the successful agreement of Finance, IM getting the go ahead and a few sizeable contracts. Looks like Finance first taking it back to the 20s, followed by IM taking it into the 30s. At that stage confidence will be high and the first contract will create a strong fear of missing out on others. I still think 50p is very doable by September.

As the saying goes its always Darkest before the Dawn. Spring is on the way, the sun will shine, HARL will win numerous multi million pound contracts and Finance WILL be confirmed. The SP will rise dramatically and the £1 party will be booked.

Until we have the RNSs that we have been informed will come it’s hard to see how we can recover.

Reminds me of a lot of equally bad investors are saying about HARL at the present moment.

It must be a concern for employees and contractors alike watching the share price only going in one direction. With the Board effectively demonstrating they have no control whatsoever of the value of the company in the market place I’m not really sure how we are expected to retain any faith in those in charge.
