Ahh , another doominger. I noticed that you were posting very negative on HARL just before the FSS contract. Just shows what you know. For those that don’t want to miss out on HARLs rise to at Mid cap company, I suggest you use your ISAs to get in at these bargain basement prices.

Everyday gets HARL closer to the Finance deal and a substantial contract to add the the £1.62 Billion FSS .The chances of a successful IM decision was also enhanced by last weeks court ruling. Im adding again today as i believe that HARL is the best place for my ISA money.

I hear you. But from a selfish point of view i cant say im unhappy as it gives me the opportunity to put my ISA allowance into HARL at a ridiculously low price. After a few whiskeys at the £1 party , we will look back at these times and laugh.
