HARLs share price will surely motor on today , on the back of this massive court decision. The revenues of the IM project over a 40 year period , were shown in a 2018 report to be well over £3 Billion. With gas prices a lot higher now, there is plenty of room to increase the storage revenues as well. HARL has a very bright future indeed.

I am certainly not celebrating the SP of 17.5 p. However, I am celebrating the 8.50% rise today. One fact that may interest people is that if the current percentage rise continued for only 10 days, then HARL SP would be 37.5p. Co incidentally the same amount that triggers the LTIP.

If we break 17.5p tomorrow Lottie, where is the next resistance.

The recent court decision was not foreseen, but it does have the effect of putting HARL in a very strong position in the IM May hearing. As successful result , in my opinion will drive HARL well into the 30s, on a wave of ever growing confidence in the company's prospects. Whether the RNS detailing the successful Finance negotiations comes before or after, is neither hear nor there. The result will be the same, an SP PUSHING INTO THE 50s. Over the next few months i also expect HARL to win a number of meaningful contract and a raft of smaller ones.
These will act as solid foundations to support the GROWING COMPANY MARKET CAP. Its going to be a great year to be a shareholder here.

James, yes good volume. Shows a lot of faith in HARL. I think the court decision has de risked the IM project in a lot of peoples minds.

Afternoon, that is true. I have gone down the Govt funding route myself and its difficult. Mind you Mr Wood has already pulled of a masterpiece with a £1.62 billion Government contract. Good to have options though and I would guess that there are more majors looking for Gas Storage Space , than there are possible sites. We are in a very commanding position.

Kaeren, i am interested in the thought of a JV. But, at the same time I am mindful of the possibility that HARL may not need finance to get IM up and running. We are bombarded on a daily basis with the Government Net Zero Policy and their desire to achieve this by throwing money at it. Hydrogen appears to be especially in Vogue.

I think HARL has a very good chance of receiving Government funding for the IM project. This would be fantastic news and would cause the SP to rocket.

Ive been saying that for weeks Xenor. I have based my buys on fundamentals not sentiment. The fundamentals are continuing to get better and with them the reasons to buy.

I would bet that an in-depth business presentation has already been prepared. Just waiting for the court result before it’s published. The effect on the SP will be dramatic.

Bid rising quickly. People are realising what fantastic value HARL is.
