Im on a round the worlds cruise from Belfast ( the cruise company has just signed a maintenance agreement with HARL by the way) and we are picking up orders on the way. I am expecting to return to the HARL dock, just in time for the £1 party at the Crown .

Look,i understand that there was a certain reticence before the FSS contract, but after the £1.62 billion win , the original shareholders surely should have realised that the CEO really knows what he is doing. I think the problem is that a lot of investors, who dont have a business background, have no idea how much work and skill it takes to be successful, in these sought of negotiations. Its why Iinvested. I have great confidence that out CEO will continue in this vein.

I agree. I think the percentage gain for HARL will look very different in a couple of months. However , the big gain will be made after we win the Type 32 contract. I am very pleased for BAe in the meantime to continue growing in value as it means that they will have more cash , when they make an offer to buy us out.
