It should be noted that the pay back period should be less as the gas prices are higher today.

From memory the Capex repayment period is 3 years with a further 37 years of guaranteed income coming into the coffers. I dont think that finance will be a problem at all with £50m per year coming in in Free Cash Flow.

There is of course a good chance that IslandMagee will be sold. However, i think HARL would get a much better price post review. I wouldn't imagine them accepting anything less than £50m. Imagine what that would do to the SP. Hold for Gold.
