A post from Philip made me think. He said that the share price is very disappointing. No arguing with that. But it does offer an amazing opportunity to pick up HARL shares very cheaply. Why, if HARL was 30p today would people be buying, of course they would. The sentiment , but not the fundamentals would be much better. The perfect tome to buy is with good fundamentals and bad sentiment.
