Once again Jono your ignorance proceeds you. We were told by the CEO in the latest Business update " This £200m refinancing is now expected to close in early Q2 2023, subject to credit committee approvals and finalisation of the credit agreement and other ancillary documentation."
As you are probably not aware, Q2 actually starts next month . I am expecting the finalisation RNS in April. Any investor of any intelligence knows that the CFO would not purchase shares, if they were not reassured of a Positive result. I stand fully with him on this.

Once again Jono the post was not in the slightest misleading. Let me break it down so that even you can understand. The LSE closes at 4.30, however trade and reports can be submitted after this time. This is what happened yesterday. A RNS was submitted by the HARL nomad after 4.30. Therefor an after hours RNS WAS submitted showing the HARL CFO bought shares.

Following these purchases, Arun Raman has a total beneficial interest in 249,887 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.

Jono, there is something called the RNS button on LSE. Press it and look at yesterday’s date. You may find through your drunken haze a share purchase by the HARL CFO. It’s an excellent pointer to HARLs future share price rise

I think Jono that if you look at yesterday’s RNSs , you will find out it’s not. Bit early to start drinking isn’t it. Anyway back to business. The CEO made three staged buys recently. It’s likely that the CFO will do the same.

I would take it from that , that a positive financing arrangement is about to be announced.

RNS are not issued on the amount of shares bought, but the possible effect that the purchase may have on the market. A 5% movement is seen as enough to warrant notification. CFO purchases are always seen as a very positive sign, due to their intimate knowledge of financing etc. We could well see this level of rise tomorrow. Things just keep getting better at HARL as all the "Uncertainty boxes" are ticked off. This was simply another one.
