What you have got to understand about the Market is that it often gets it very wrong. For example Rolls Royce went up 30% in day last week , simply because the market had no idea what was going on. How is this possible with a multi billion turnover to get things so wrong. My point here is that the Market has made an equally large mistake, if not larger with HARl. Things will right themselves. Now is the time to take advantage of the disparaty between value and price.
