Markets are down today, so Traders taking punts on the risky stocks... Cine up too...
Traders moving cash for profits.
Nano and Cine will drop back when the rest of the market is up..
Ok, so just seen this on the Scottish BBC news....
I've had a couple of whiskys tonight so forgive my question... is this £57.00 a share or 57p a share?
I'm expecting to be railroaded for this... lol
Still plenty buying at this level...
No doubt a double dip could take this under £2.
Think I'll hold off for a change
With Brands like DM's.... it is about fashion, but also about quality. There is many people out there who will pay for quality over throw away fashion.
E.g... Levi's are an expensive Jean, but they will last 10times longer than any fast fashion brand... and in the long run.. cost less.
In for a penny or a pound, averaging down and more for the dividends
Oh well... there is always the dividend to look forward to (sad face)
What a terrible Trading update... share price hits floor
For what its worth....
If there is any sign of a good deal coming, I suspect the price will be pushed down for a good entry point a day or so before an RNS.
If its a Sh#t show... it will drop like a stone..
I guess I'm holding for either outcome
Any News here?
Ok, so we now know the share price ain't going to £1.00 based on a settlement figure, but where do we all realistically see this business going in the future?
Is a a long term hold with decent dividends being paid, or is it just going to be another one for the Day Trader and Shorters.
If the settlement figure doesn't push the price above 60p, there is going to be a lot of piissed off investors...
My 2cents for what it's worth...
All we can do is hold and see where it goes inbthe next few weeks, or average down and hope for a get out price.
FFS...!!!
Maybe.... it says Hitorical.... so based on past cases.
But its not 100% a fact
Historical precedent shows that any final agreement is likely to be a one off payment, with no forward royalties, for the full and final settlement of all current and future patent litigation between the Parties in all jurisdictions (colloquially referred to as "patent peace").
This be the most important part.
The gross settlement value should be expected to be towards the lower end of the range of expectations for a successful jury trial outcome as previously guided by the Company.
· A settlement removes the risks of the litigation process, potential appeal processes of the trial and the ongoing appeal of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board decisions, further litigation costs, and the time value of money.
· Historical precedent shows that any final agreement is likely to be a one off payment, with no forward royalties, for the full and final settlement of all current and future patent litigation between the Parties in all jurisdictions (colloquially referred to as "patent peace").
The so called Ceasefire is already dead in the water
It's like the Cineworld Chatboard in here.... lol
I certainly don't see a share price dilution at 3p happening. 30-50p maybe
