JG68 - I've been looking at the SMA's using Investing.com, which says it's a sell.

Well, that would scare a lot of folk... but I think better to hold, buy more on a dip... or just hold and wait for a rise.

JG68 - Cine is a Ba***rd of a share. Been tempted to buy more when it goes down to 60p, and sell them at 65-69p. But knowing my luck I would buy in at 60 and it would be that one time when it goes to 50p... lol.

Holding strong for now and keep powder for other shares. Don't keep all your eggs in one basket as they say :0)

Thanks JG68. I can put a bit of extra powder in for next week, just incase an RI does come in. But otherwise I'll be holding this share until its in credit.

I'm already in Cine, which is down quite a bit for me... and I'm happy to hold that until 2023 :0)

I think I get the gist of it now. I am best to either take up the offer of buying more shares at a diluted price (make sure I have funds in my account) or take up the option to sell them (which probably won't make me much, based on my current holding) doing nothing is not a good idea... so options 1 or 2 are best.

Also, I probably be happy to hold long term to see profit... even if that's next year...

But I guess thatd the breaks with investing.

I bought my shares through Hargreaves Lansdown. So don't know anything about how to do it. Need help in this area... thanks

PaddyBoy1 - I understand that an RI gives the company more money to see them through troubled times. The share price could drop, but also rise again and could go higher than before. These are all maybes I know... but can you enlighten us more (in laymans terms) how RI's work?

Maybe it has, maybe it hasn't changed. Only an RNS is going to tell us that.

A lot of people with a lot of money here. Some can afford to hold, many can't. Monday will be a minefield

Well I don't know about everyone else, but this Credit Swiss thing worries me some. I may sell on Monday if this goes down in the first half hour.

Cutting my losses short and getting out is better than sitting at a bigger loss and not knowing where its going in the future

Holding out for tomorrow as I think this has further to fall. Already got some shares with IAG, which I'm happy to hold for the rise, but I do think this might go closer to 140ish

I'm not ramping this, but its damn well obvious that this share is a bargain right now. if it goes below 1.50, its even more of a bargain. get your money in here, and if you aint got any left.... borrow some. This share is like money in the bank with 10% interest rates.

Buy more when it goes below 2.00

If your new to investing then any percentage down will feel bad. But there will be folk out there with shares in lots of firms, and they will be a lot more than 3.8% down. R.R will rise, you will just need to hold out.

I had Royal Mail Shares at a loss for years... only made small profits on the divi's and it took the pandemic for me to see my money back with sone profit.

I said this months ago when there was lots of doom and gloom around the whole cinema / streaming take.

Amazon, Netflix, Disney etc etc can't afford to buy up all the movies and put them straight into streaming. The biggest maker of movies is in cinemas. Studios, producers, writers, directors and even though many actors are doing streaming stuff... they know this too.

Cinemas will be around for a while yet. Cine has debt to pay down, but they are a big fish in the pond and will come back strong.

Patience is key with this stock.
