It doesn't matter who is advising, it's who is the captain of the ship that matters.

What the company is trying to do and need to guide it well. Looking in the mirror, this is a legacy project for him. He's a major shareholder, hasn't just rocked up here, doing for a while lots of sacrifices. Win needs to be big for him and the company. Got to make sure all opportunities are being capitalised on.

Need to make sure we have the financial firepower to react and mobilise for all this. What would be silly would be to limit the potential win, strip things back and watch another company who don't need to disclose their actions publicly and they have a massive win. Look back and think Bidstack could have been there.

If your that concerned about dilution, then maybe you should sell and protect your investment, I hold about 3% if my portfolio in prd and I am here for the duration. I regret not averaging down at 3.5p, so for me, if there is a fund raise, then I will be buying more, I am expecting results in April so that will give us a Idea of where we are but i am aware that prd don't have much money and it's ran on a shoe string, so would not surprise me that if prd doesn't need money. Fully understand that you want everything today, don't we all, but I know that prd will have no revenue until may. You thought differently with our exchange of word's last week.

Good luck what ever you decide to do, but prd is only a small part of my portfolio, so not overly concerned.

My average was 230 and averaged down when the price was 170 with the intention of taking 50% back out, If i had done that last year , I would have bought on those drops at 170 again and my average would be 185 now, Just the fear of missing out on a take over deal.

Raz, i am not sure, my concern is cash burn V revenue, The new deal in December up to 10 million which will be split with all concerned will be nowhere near the yearly 6 million cash burn, so it bids go for another 6 Million, will bids be in the same situation next year?
Question mark for me is , how much are they for these adverts in games, £25K a month at the moment. Less than £900 a day

Razel, I will get shot down with this quote, But 3.24 is the buy zone coming from certain groups, I take figures with a pinch of salt, But who would have said that we would see 5p from the highs of the 30s, A lot of these groups have been correct and i wished that i had listened to them at the last high of 22p . To be totally Honest , James Ramper should be saying sorry to all of the people who he has mislead, On all those Podcasts with JW, Is 3 reasons to invest, 20 X 36p statement, Cash printing machine, I got mugged by him and at no point do i blame JW, He was just the messenger for JD relaying what JD was stating.
All these advisory people , all the big names who JD would have had to wine and dine and the expense of the shareholders, What have these advisers brought to bids and what are they really advising on, Maybe its , Hi Jim , If you ever what to give me a call, Feel free kind of Adviser, Its sure isn't hands on advisers.
People have lost a lot of money in this company and with placing on the cards, How low will the price go.

James the ramper stated on the 24th December that the deal with no name with a value up to 10 million was the first major deal, making the trade desk etc meaning less, but out of that 10m or what ever it maybe, zero it could be, who knows, but this will not cover the monthly cash burn, let's face it, they may need to raise cash more than once before revenue's starts covering burn, said it before, people keep clutching at straws in order to ramp, Don't forget, any revenue's still needs to be divided.
