Pointless jumping up and down, this time next year , hopefully this virus is long gone and the UK back to somewhat normal, we will look back at 2020 and say , what a year that was, but please remember, a lot of people have lost their lives and we are very lucky to be here. Cancer patients can't get treatment , so even though we might feel down about the cln, end of the day, we all know about it and we will have to sit it out. Totally agree, who wants to buy into a company that their own broker has quoted that they need funding by the beginning of June.
Investors are keen to see where the money is coming from , how many millions, at what which and what dilution.
I am sitting on the money that I sold out at (12p) to reinvest in bids, I believe in the tech, but not the CEO, time for him to step down and to put some trust back into the company.

On a plus note for long term investors like myself, it's given us the chance to average down to under placing, but feel sorry for the ones that were mislead by Paul or Nuvum who must have arranged all of this

So were the shares sold before the rns, if so we get the chance to see a rise in the sp, I believe most of todays sells are from people who are ped off by Paul.
Regards the investors taking part in placing and told that there would be no conversion, was this said by word of mouth or was it written in a document.

Paul always said that this was not a normal cln, he said that he had a understanding lender who wanted to be involved in the project and that the million pound bond would go to the lender, well 1 way at looking at this, the more they convert, the more money prd will be able to bank from the 1 million bond. Just get the conversions done and lesson learnt before we start making money

Predator Oil & Gas (LON:PRD)

The Trinidad Ministry of Energy has granted approval for AT-5X carbon dioxide and injection system to start injecting for a period of 90 days which will allow maximum CO2 injection rate and pressure as determined by the reservoir engineering forecasts, to be achieved.

CEO Paul Griffiths said ‘this is an important operational development that allows us to increase our ability to sequestrate anthropogenic carbon dioxide whilst accelerating the point at which revenues are generated. Enhancing the scale of return on investment can be achieved by maximising well deliverability. We are pleased that continuing to execute our CO2 EOR strategy by increasing CO2 injection volumes is helping us to reach our near-term goal of developing a carbon-neutral energy business’.

With the exciting Morocco well on hold due to COVID-19 this is good news for PRD in Trinidad. Should this be successful CEO Paul Griffiths is spot on in his comments that the company will be a stand-out carbon-neutral company in the sector, a key feature in the future for oil & gas companies.

I am sitting with 4 small cap companies and yes they can make you rich if you find the right one. But in my experience and to my cost, I won't be buying anymore low cap stocks, I will play along with paul with this one , but honestly. I don't know anyone making money in aim ( yes prd main market) luckily there is one aim stock that I will always be grateful for and that's Boohoo, even bagged on that this year and I could have bagged on Halfords if I had not sold out last week (not aim) anyways, let's see what happens next in the world of prd

When you say forward sell, are you saying that the shares were sold over friday and monday to buyers and that the shares will not hit the market unless there was some unsold?

Hertstrader, I believe that nothing from this conversation has been sold yet, I believe it's law that they must give a few days notice of any conversion before the shares hit the market, I am not 100% sure on this and I don't know why the big sell that started on Monday is not showing. Regards the recent conversion, it's like 1 step forward, 2 steps back, only 1 positive from all of this and that is Prd gets to keep more money from the 1 million bond which will go into the bank account, big issue is, it's at the expense of dilution to share holders

My issue is, MMS are dropping the share price on no news, buys outweigh the sells and we have lost 10% I am holding , will bag in the next 12 months from my buying price
