Consequently, the Group announces today plans to construct a new automated super-site of c.600,000 sq ft, which is intended to provide boohoo with over £1.5 billion of net sales capacity, in addition to the estimated £1 billion net sales being provided by the extended Burnley site. The SP is not justified ATM and to be honest, to get a fair price, it should be the average price over 12 months, But Class hero has proved me wrong, i was going for £2.90

Well not many people replied to the fact that BooHoo WILL be buying out the 33% of PLT, Anyone who has researched boohoo to back in 2018 will know that 33% is owned by the son amd its always been in the interest of Boo to buy the Sons share of PLT and have everything under one roof.
Regards placing, 20% discount at around 290 ish because of the dilution, So least everyone has the chance to buy in. I will be buying ;-)

The big issue is new2trade, We were sold a dream by James Ramper and we received a nightmare in return.
I could go on about this all night, But i wont, Honestly, I will admit, I fell for all JD BS and so did many others on here, and we all thought that maybe tomorrow we will get a RNS and we got nothing, The only thing we got was the information from TW regards revenue or Lack off Revenue. I emailed JD many times regards TW and i got Nothing while all is investors were loosing money, In fact i got told to get out ASAP in the 20's by someone who told me that shorts were in and driving the price down to 18p, Did i listen , No, I was brainwashed by JD, I will however point out, I DO NOT Blame JW, He believed in what he was getting told by JD.
IMO, JD has to step down , His dream is over, People have no trust in him, NONE!!!! But i do believe in the Tech and bids needs a new CEO that will be truthful to its investors

If i was a shareholder now , I would be writing to the BODs telling them that JD must go to protect the brand and its shareholders

Can anyone actually remembers that boo still need to buy the remaining 34pc of plt? Has anyone worked out that current market value of that percentage of plt is a cool 700 million pounds, and also why are they looking to buy dogpoo when they should be focusing on getting the remaining 34 pc of plt which is a booming business? Wonder what discount they are offering ?
