I just love this The Placing was significantly over-subscribed and applicants have been scaled back. A total of 137,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Placing Shares") were placed by Stifel with institutional and other investors at a price of 4 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing Price"), raising gross proceeds of a GBP5.5 million.

Question, it this was significantly over-subscribed and applicants have been scaled back., Why didn't the broker ask for 5p a share, private investors done over yet again

Least draper and his side kick didn't take part in the placing

Dramper should hand in his notice and walk, the people who is has lied to, just imagine ramper sitting in a meeting with EA, they will know a bull sitter a mie off.

One point that i want to make, this funding ended up a disaster.
Started of, broker's note putting a value of bids at 8.5p followed by lots of meaningless news but the share price headed over 9p, this was the price that the funding was meant to take place, but they were not ready to do the funding and the price dropped, so they waited hoping that the share price would rise until it was to late and no money to pay this month's wage Bill, so hence the 4p placing and into the hands of the city boys who don't give a hoot about bids, only there 20% return or even use the shares to short the price down and buy more at a cheaper price.
I do feel sorry for private investors, my hatred of JD is due to knowing someone who lost most of his life savings and it hurt and i will never forgive dramper, but good luck to the rest of you.

Broker will get 500k.
Had a read on the bidlovers site, 90% positive on the funding, so still blind to the truth, one saying £1 to come lol
One last thing, regards JDs 20 X 36p , will that include the dilution.
Even if i buy tomorrow. I will still be negative on here until He stands down

Myself and others who post on here suffered the same fate on prd, , share price 5. What ever, placing done at 4p and within a month the share price was down to 1.4p , the people who are getting involved in these placings are he worst of the worst and in it for a kill, even using their shares to knock the share price down to buy back even cheaper, check out pathfinder and see what happened there. These people are not nice and if the share price drops, they will ask for the placing to be re-evaluated.
On another note, if JD has the cheek to buy shares after he destroyed the share price, it will not go down well, but i will be shocked if he didn't take part.
This proves that JD is all talk and a ramper, the dilution is 30% and he messed up with the timing since it should have happened when the share price was at 9p and the placing would have been done at 7.5p

Good chance that i will buy in tomorrow since i will have 10 months to make back my loss.
On a final note. With the lock down and no fancy trips, , bids have ran out of money in June proving that bids is making no revenue ,

Shares hit the market on the 10th . Good luck to all long term holder's, just work out the dilution, least they have money in the bank

Will be watching closely in the morning, it's always hard to judge how the MMS react, will they drop the price to 4p like they did with prd or will they hike up the price. It will take 2 weeks for the shares to hit the market.

So, let's look at this, they are after 5million which will last 10 months, and during that time, if they can get the share price to double numbers, they will raise again . 4p from 36p , says a lot to the people taking part in last year's placing of 12.5p

Here is s lie for you all since i am such a good liar, bids will have revenues of muliti million pounds by in the last tax year, kids share price will multiply by 20 from 36p, bids will be a money making machine, yes. I am telling lies, but you know that because you have heard them before.

Just a word regards any placing, beware of the flippers, they will sell once they buy and lower the price. , Don't believe me, check out prd, and before mocking me for holding prd, a few holders in here own prd and still not recovered to the placing price. Raising money is never easy.

Even having a institutional investor will dilute the price, any funds going into bids will dilute unless JD gets a loan from the Gov due to the virus

NOW is the time to buy! Yes that's right , buy now and get diluted lol , Talk about ramping Bots Up !!!! Anyone investing knowingly that Bids needs money must be crackers. Wait and buy at a good discount
