I tend to agree with you. I was in House of Fraser in carlisle today, No wonder its closing, Wood chip on the walls and looking like it was out of the 60's. No wonder the young people wont shop in there and not much choice for young people in Cumbria where Carlisle is the main place for shopping since we only have one city shopping centre for miles around.

Any idea when the family member sold his shares and how many, the way i read it, it could have been a few weeks ago, so its not going to have an effect now.

I was wondering the same myself, to be honest, I was thinking are they doing this on purpose to keep the share price down, at these price's it's a ideal take over target.

Well I can afford to keep the shares in boo in order to break even but if it's anything like last year, it was late July when we saw the price rise to it's highest point

I have to agree that it was bad of the BODs to have the meeting in the afternoon and issue the rns after the market closed, Reminded me of a old company that i worked for, Any redundancy or bad news, release it to the workforce on a Friday afternoon when the bosses are going home, That way the workers will have calmed down by Monday morning and let the shift managers take the grief.

I should have listened to myself when i was saying that the AGM would have no effect on the share price, why on earth did i buy shares on Thursday which ended up been 206.5 average price sand we all watched the share price yesterday morning dropping to 196.

If the price drops on Monday, then i think we will be on a downward trend like last year, so might cut my losses and move on from Boo since i have just about given up on this company

After buying back in at the close of business at 206, I might sell again tomorrow before closing depending how the day goes, expecting a blue day with a close of around the 209 if no news. I have lost that boo moment after NC sold his shares

don't expect anything to happen with the AGM since it starts at 2pm, but it would be nice if it came out that NC was leaving the company, So i guess you have to be in it to win.
