boohoo group plc ("the Company"), the leading online fashion retailer, today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 4,332,181 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

These New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the boohoo group 2015 SAYE share scheme. It is expected that admission will become effective on 1 August 2018.

New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

I sold out to buy boo before the results, not sure if just eat will give a decent profit and not sure if the football would have created extra business since the heatwave and people buying things in, but that's me thinking, don't forget the fall in price regards the 50million that they were reinvestment

If you ever want to get mixed views on a share with lots of ramping, just look at ukog, I can't see where the profit is with a odd tanker load of around 30,000 litres due to the amount of debt the company's will have ran up over the years with no real income.
Regards 90% of untrusted members, so far I have been able to spot the rampers a mile off like Robottrader but I can spot the good guys who I can trust, but it's actually great to be able to chat with other investors on here

Still could be a 30% profit short term

Shares in marketing & media consultancy Ebiquity PLC plunged Tuesday as it said profits for the full year will not meet market expectations.

Shares in Ebiquity were down 21% Tuesday at 44.50 pence each.

The company does not expect the proposed sale of its Intel segment - which represents about 22% of the Ebiquity - to Nielsen Holdings PLC to be completed by the UK Competition & Markets Authority until December.

Ebiquity expects this uncertainty to continue to impact revenues and profits in the second half of the year.

In the six months ended June, the company's Media and Analytics & Tech segments - which represent about 78% of the company - grew 7% on a like-for-like basis over the last year.

Ebiquity said, however, the performance from these segments did not offset the poor performance of the Intel segment, leading to total like-for-like sales dropping 9% from the previous year.

Talk on falling in love with a share, I guess you have to have some kind of feeling for a share and people including myself fell for boo expecting big profits but regards koovs, I got involved after seeing a rapid rise about a month ago regards the media and I made a profit and jumped out. Bought back in again and the big news came out about funding and guess what, no rise and then doubled up on the Monday and since then the price just dropped day by day to a point that I jumped. I am not sure if we will see a jump like we did last month since the best news imo is out. I am hoping to get back in at a lower price if the price drops more and like all stocks , you can't second guess what the share will do. But wishing everyone the best of luck

Joe, Had a look at EBQ, looks a risk and it may get to 60p, See what happens on Monday, but to much of a risk for me

another positive, 2 companies increased their holdings by 1% after the drop, So they see something good

I have to say Joe, This was a punt for me, But you know what its like with these types of shares once the bad news is out and that's for the share to rise to around the same price has it was before the bad news, So its worth holding on, My regret, I should have bought more while the share was low or better still bought when you did, But after saying that, I would have sold on the same day. One thing for sure, It will move up quickly and then buy back in to Koovs, But like Jambon did with Boo, I have almost fallen out of love with it, But will see where the share price goes.

Good post JJLH, it looks like they are buying the name Beckham, looking at the news in the sun website and the photo of young Beckham, I would not be impressed knowing that he has been given 2.5m for a few days work. Far better giving us a dividend

To much of a gamble for me without doing some research, but good luck if you go for it plus you made the right call on INDV apart from selling to early, but that worked for me last year on carphone

Its all a Risk Spike and most boards are full of rampers if they have shares in the company. Might do some research

they say a profit is a profit, no matter what it is and you need to compensate your Koovs loss just like me, No regrets, Just move on and if i think the time is right, I will jump back in.
I dont have a full understanding on the garwick gusher, I have just asked the question on the forum, but people have been on about this boat for over a month and still nothing.
Regards EBQ, I dont know anything about them really, But its found the lowest point from 120, but could it go lower, well its up today, to maybe on the rise.

Can anyone convince me on why i should buy in to UKOG and what proof do we have that the oil is OK, Last i heard, the oil had to be tested to see how good it was plus any convincing news that their is a tanker getting loaded.
I have followed this board for a while now and it seems nothing has changed from a month ago.

INDV now 315 from its low of 260s

Eqtec , Deb, Alba, UKOG and will look for others
