I fully agree with you, We see what happens in the UK when people go to arbitration, most of the time they don't get near to the doors before some backroom deal is done.
GSPC have the most to loose on this, So i think they will make the first move because they dont really want this to go to arbitration and to loose everything

They say it can takes months before arbitration starts and only a week to listen to the case and come to a conclusion.

If both companies had any sense, They would try and talk it out now and come up with a solution.

I am not sure if any work is taking place on site, but they need to put the health of the company first with or without GSPC and i am sure that the indian company will what that to.

I dont have a issue with the low SP because the SP will rise coming up to arbitration just like it did with the court case and like we know, Its a win win for oilex, Its just the time its taking to sort any this issue.

I did sell on the way down and investing that in other stuff, but once there is a whisper of the arbitration date, i will be putting my money back in to oilex GLA

Thinking of selling indv and buying Koov, reducing my average.

Koov is at one of its lowest prices, only thing missing is news to get the share moving.
