The up to 10millon deal from December RNS, how much was it really worth.
James draper was really happy with this deal along with other deals that he was setting up.
Many now wish including me that they had listened to TW, we would have been so better off.
Well, If you think Helx is the idiot, What does that say for the drop in SP, All those selling must be mad , Not many buying, Speaks volumes
RichTheNewbie , Maybe you should look back on past interviews that captain disaster did .... I was expecting to see this up to 10 million contact have an effect, but can't see it.
Well the CEO knows how to tell a story.
Not sure why everyone is getting excited regards the numbers **** poor if you ask me and yet share holders are footing the bill.
Gross profit 282,827
Operating loss (3,633,047)
Not good reading and the money will run out again.
Its not the money marking machine that JD said it was going to be , IS IT
So guile, you have never seen or heard from the CEO of a company that your invested in which speaks volumes about yourself. Maybe you need to look at past interviews from 2019 or if you really want to see the CEO, he will be at the next Norwich city match spending your money. He won't even comment on RNSs anymore, Andrew house has banned him from making a fool of himself
Gulie, Maybe you were not invested in December 2019 when he looked after his city mate's the day after the results with the up to 10 million deal.
Last year these were on the 18th August, if the numbers were that good, I think we would have known before now, looking more like Xmas 2019 when he held back as long as possible and what a Xmas that was.
Good luck to anyone buying today, bare in mind what happened after the last time the share price went up after those TR1s , what is more important will be the results update when ever that maybe, maybe these 2 deals are to cushion the blow to any bad trading update, we know how the CEO work's. I need to see the results before I buy anymore shares
Just remember, No comment from Bab****, Normally a company would say that no talks are taking place of a takeover if the SP is going up, we have had nothing from Bab**** which is good to hear, so chance's are , something is going on.
i am still down on Bab**** after getting spiked last year and refused to buy more and i am not selling.
Bottomzup, if you look at today's share price, I would rather believe helx than yourself, looking back at your ramping, I don't think you have matched helx on predictions.
I am waiting for the results and I might just buy my shares back that I sold at 12p
You cannot fault helx , doesn't matter if he holds shares or not, if he was a betting man on guessing the future of the share price, he would be a rich man.
What's disappointing is the CEO , he ramped bids at 30p stating that the share price would be 20 times while at the same time, his fans were asking how he liked his toast in the morning
What ever next, a partnership with marbles. Still waiting for the results
On another note, noted no comment from Captain disaster draper. He must be right peed off hence the low profile. 18 months since he was last seen.
Old saying about tomorrow, it never comes, but delays in results mean a lot of doctoring with the hope of good news, but no good news could wipe a good few % of the opening price.
I cannot see anything positive from the results, but it's always worth a punt if you can find the bottom because there is always someone willing to buy on good news to spike the price up
I was going to buy a few shares this morning, But then listened to JW's latest podcast "Mistakes are only mistakes if you don’t learn from them. Otherwise it’s a lesson"
Looking back over the last 2 years , JD has failed on a number of points and maybe JW is correct about not giving a company a second chance.
The only thing Bids have going for it at the moment is the 10 million from the last placing and a huge dilution to share holders.
My issue , I do like the tech , But to years on and what have Bids got to show for it, Sponsorship for Norwich football team and a few games.
I think i will sit on the sidelines and see what is in the results before placing my bet.
BTW , Have you looked at Bids Investor pages, Looks very amateur now and could not find the info on when the results are due.
Good luck on Results
What day are the results going to be out, do bidstack have a date?
GRH , Maybe the idiots are the ones still holding after seeing the SP go to 22p, Did you sell any of your shares , I guess not !!!!!
PRD is now a pure gamble, You pay your money and take your chance, Listen to no one ramping the stock or you might end up been out of pocket like the ones listening to GRH all the way up to 22p and didn't sell out.
A lot of common sense said in Nigels comments, O&G is a gamble, That's why you should never put anything more than what you can afford to loose and also no more than 5 to 10% of your PF, Then the most you can loose is 10% otherwise its gambling.
Prd now is a pure punt
1. Morocco, Very risky
2. Trinidad , Promised revenues in 2019 and even the owner of Fram won't pass comment on it.
3. Ireland ???? Who knows
4. Communication , PG biggest Share holder will dress a turd up in order not to effect the SP hence poor worded RNS's.
5. Recent TW artical's . I wished that i listened when TW started on Bidstack, I went from up 50% to down 50% after the directors started selling out
What ever the future holds, It will either be hero or zero, Up to now , PG record isn't looking great.
K3ysersoze, I have been correct on a lot of things regards PRD and Paul, I think its the likes of yourself who are bitter , You let a few people into your head and you know it !!!!
I honestly feel sorry for the people who got caught out with the ramping, Seen it all before on Bidstack, People loosing life savings, I bailed out at over 100% because i had a feeling what was coming and i think Ron did to, That's why he bailed and who knows at what cost to share holders.
GL to you to.
Trust the board, I remember this post that was quickly hidden with ramping posts. People didn't want to know, Heads in the sand

Zebra better named ostrich perhaps?
I'm not asking for replies - most will stick their head in the sand and see only what they want to see.
I have made these few short posts to raise serious red flags over Predator. The 'Predator' has a bad smell around it.
This will be my last post on the matter - I don't wish to engage with the paid rampers and nutcases on LSE.
- Shareholders have been kept in the dark about the beneficial ownership structure of Theseus.
- Information provided about Arato was inaccurate - RNS 15 Feb 2019: "Arato Global Opportunities is an investment fund focussed on small and midcap growth companies." Not true - set up for a single CLN, fronted by an individual barred by the SEC for 3 years in 2008, with no traceable ownership or source of funds.
- Arato was awarded an unnecessary CLN on terms far too favourable.
- These terms included additional shares for allowing Predator NOT to pay off the CLN - Tucked away on page 114 of the prospectus for the £3.6m placing announced in the RNS 14/02/20 - Arato were given 2.5m shares to waive Predator using placing proceeds to pay down the CLN - yet a few short months later Griffiths was paying off the CLN with another placing - so an additional £100k at the then placing price of 4p chucked in Arato's direction for no good reason. Wonder why you would do that? If you own 40% of the company why dilute yourself with an unnecessary CLN of v favourable terms to the lender.... unless??
- Predator could clear up any issues over Arato by providing full transparency on ownership, funding, holdings of PRD shares and timing of share sales .
- Pilbeam sold most of his shares only hours away from a discounted placing while loyal shareholders were in the dark.
- Did Pilbeam sell because Mou1 was a stonking success? Did he sell because it provided information that now made Mou4 a certainty? Did he sell because the July bopd update for CO2 eor from Trinidad promised in the annual report is on schedule and is going great?
- No - he sold because Mou1 was a miss, it questions their whole geological model and it makes the chances of success at Mou4 less likely (although - it is still a possibility of course). He sold because Trinidad is delay after delay after delay - and they are likely having significant trouble getting it to anything like commercial flow rates.
- I conclude the management of Predator have little time or respect for the shareholders who have funded their salaries for the last few years. They will have to continue to raise more funds from placings in the near future to fund their personal contracts, and to fund their 3 projects which appear to be struggling to deliver tangible progress.
Over and out.
