You really don’t get it do you. High percentage of revenue come from non Aerospace ie defence marine power nuclear etc.

Having worked there for best part of 40
Years (retired) and know people still there
They have not had pay rises in senior management for years in some cases.
Many have lost jobs
Having to take two weeks Unpaid holiday to prop up company
Senior mangers given share incentives to help drive the company up more instead of salary
It’s all about the world being in the wrong place for this share at the moment to react quickly. What else can they do .....

Your so called fact are dubious. The pandemic is only at new heights in some countries not here or Australia, New Zealand USA and many more.
