Hi Olderandwiser, how are you doing?
Tintra’s background is providing services to UHNWI and HNWI via Family offices. They have extensive connections in this area and understand the issues, complexities in cross border transactions particularly in ‘developing countries’.
Tintra have partnered with a leading AI consulting firm and together they will roll out fin tech solutions to solve the regulatory issues and provide smoother solutions. These solutions do not exist today.
Tintra have applied for a number of banking licenses which will facilitate their business model.
Richard Shearer is an impressive CEO, who is assembling a first class team to support him.
The model is based on achieving milestones on the way to building an international fin tech business that provides services around the globe.
The future valuation of such a business is huge and a guide can be taken from the valuations linked to the exercise of various warrants that have been issued. These are at $250m and upwards. So you will see pi’s talking about huge multi-bagger potential.
We started off at a price around 40p and the first strategic investor paid over 80p. After certain milestones were achieved, a second strategic investor paid 157p per share. The current round is at 504p per share.
Usually these types of investment opportunities are off market and they usually are only available to hnwi and uhnwi’s. So it is great to have the opportunity to invest in one of these investments at an early stage.
This share is worthy of your time to research and most contributors on here are knowledgeable and may be able to help you with any questions.
From the past, I know that you are a serious investor. Good to have you looking in
