TMS from your post are you claiming the entire process, the company Eurasia mining and partners UBS, DLA Piper, Wardell Armstrong (to name a few) to be engaged in a scam and fraud?

The wait here is bad news for the shorting crew as they know full well UBS, DLA, Wardell Armstrong have and more importantly ARE STILL fully enagaged in the sales process as is the BUYER.
If this were not the case NDA would have terminated along with the buyer and have to be made public this has not happened which must be galling for TW and acolyte's, they called it wrong all the way through and still cannot smell the coffee with it in front of their nostrils!

Fair point, but we are mining WK of course, and there is no reason why Mr NIEUWENHUYS with his experience expertise and knowledge of EUA would not be a significant asset for any company who purchases the assets?
They would need some continuity, this guy may tick those boxes? IMO

Agree, not only that mining a resource of this size (MT) requires expertise, equipment, man power and processing.
The geology is one thing but mining quite another EUA are not geared for it WK is not the same beast.
With the main players all engaged the focus remains to sell substantially all, lets hope its not too much longer to wait?

This is possible and get your point however we also do not know if they are/did 'JORC' further areas or if the license transfer is (for example) part of the NDA via the buyer, and JORC not to be released until license transfer complete then potentially JORC, licenses and details of the buyer/offer are released as one?
Now I get the frustration I feel it too, but given the many potential facets of a deal which you alluded to and various ways this might conclude (all conjecture on my part but one I see as viable) I think we can probably all agree this is very large and very complicated?
Hence given the incredible progress of the BoD to date I am satisfied they are working in their own and our interests, and shelve the frustration in the meantime.

I think some of you need to calm down stop reading and taking in the nonsensical drivel from naysayers and trust the fact that UBS, DLA Piper, Wardell Armstrong are STILL totally enagaged in bringing this to a succesful conclusion.
Also consider the fact American ii's are invested at 26p and wanted more.
When the compnay has succesfully completed the deal (assuming that occurs) and given the above we can safely assume things are ongoing then they will release the news, all you have to do in the meantime is get on with something else, pointless fretting about somethiing you have no control over (*caveat to that is selling if you need to of course).
