What I should have said , the company are not currently duel listing and given their primary focus to sell assets of the company unless this focus changes they are unlikey to do so.

More conjecture which is precisley what is being levelled at someone else.
Originally there was a link in the MOEX online event, with the names of 4 of the EUA BoD members in the online event.
No one initially knew EUA were not going to present (assuming they did not) and surely (unless I am mistaken) no one knew of the content of what they were planning to present which did not materialise?

There is no proof they have pulled out of MOEX, just because it is not public does not mean they are not talking and conducting conversation behind closed doors.

The BoD never announced they were doing the meeting in the first place.
That being the case, is there any reason why they have to announce they are no longer involved?

No one is forcing anyone to read, guess, hold or even buy any shares in this company there are plenty of other BB's to read for non holders if you don't enjoy the content on this one.
