Morning Del, until I know the terms of the potential deal I cannot assume stumbling blocks in regards to the licenses but given the complexity of the deal I am not naive enough to assume there would not be bumps in the road? For example the license(s) could be agreed to be transfered with the completion of deal and until the company clarifies further, anything else in regards to the licenses IMO at this stage is conjecture?
