We have had 5 RNS in the past month with information and progression that I think none of us could have envisaged a few months ago, it is clear EUA is going to be a substantial player in the H2 market via EUAv2 and a dividend policy has been confirmed (EUAv1).
Of course we await the license and JORC updates but has it not crossed anyone’s mind these may be released along with the confirmation of sale and dividend?
Of course people are entitled to question the BoD but to my mind there is a serious lack of patience and understanding as to the potential time deals of this magnitude take given the legals and complexity involved.
However if you think otherwise write to the company yourself, but don’t anticipate anything other that’s not already in the public domain until the company are ready to release such news.

A consideration for the buyer, associated partners and EUA, are they willing to lose another year of mining capacity while sorting out a deal?
Spring rolls on quickly, to my mind now is the time a deal will be confirmed and preperations for the season can then commence?
For that reason alone I feel confirmation of divi is imminent, GLA.

Yes correct I get that if my post alluded to the fact all the figures would be included in an immediate circular then I apologise as that was not the purpose, what I was trying to state is IMO the BoD would have worked out or be close to working what the divi would be at the time of any voting which I also anticipate ‘shortly’?
And I should also state IMO ‘shortly’ to be by end of Feb latest....on that we shall see?

The voting documentation will contain the details of the sale and the divi, so in all likelyhood the content of the divi is being worked or potentially already completed IMO.

To be clear the RNS stated the dividend policy as at least 80% could in fact be 85% 90%, depending on what the company require for EUAv2.0?
At 80% 50p dividend would be approx £1.45 billion 20% carry over equal to approx £300 million?
Extremely low considering taxes and the aforementioned fees to have haggled over 2 years for IMO, will resist putting figures here as we do not know what is being sold however if it’s what I think it may be anticipating a substantially higher dividend figure.

I think you have answered your own question and summarised it perfectly TBH?
However just to add for you SP’s and TW were originally invested in EUA and post selling at around 1p I believe then turned into uber bears making up grossly fabricated story’s (fake calls to Russian bank VTB and accidentally leaving the number they called exposed...a fax machine LOL) as one of them!
They got it horribly wrong with EUA, should you subscribe well it’s your money ;)

Fair enough, without knowing more fag packet calcs are our best efforts and although I have a ball park figure as to what I think may be possible without knowing what the BoD have up their sleeve it’s purely fag packet at this stage?
My own take on fees is I would assume that any M&A fee percentage will likely increment or reduce on goals achieved? This would give the M&A experts the motivation to achieve the best result possible and an enormous potential earning on a substantial dividend, bear in mind we also have our own law expert on the BoD.
Fees will be substantial fair and motivational I doubt to the tune of hundred of millions IMO?

50p is peanuts for what EUA might be selling, well North of that IMO.
£36:59p however....slightly on the high side ROFL!
Again all depends on what they are selling, licenses JORC results etc but if it’s 80% of a hell of lot that will still work out to be a hell of a lot.

EUAv2 has the potential to be a considerable player in the future hydrogen energy push, so a divi and roll on to the next project is the stuff of dreams.
Never mind holding your shares because of the BoD etc, anyone selling now is going to rue the day they sold IMO.

Do you have your shares in an ISA? If in an ISA I would definately be leaving them in post divi.
If in a share account there are tax considerations for you to think about, pre divi (CGT) or post divi as the amount of tax to pay will differ?

The BoD I have faith will procure the best result possible for investors and personally I will wait for that update as I think without confirmation of figures (whats sold, JORC results, licenses etc) a divi is very difficult to calculate?
