As for giving us a timeline for the DFS why would they we are waiting on the Russian authorities to validate the documentation they might have questions, they might ask for clarification on something, they might not? They have clarified the fact the DFS was submitted in the RNS Dec 21 and Rosnedra acknowledged and we await for it to be authorised until that time thats it.

I doubt they were taken in by the ‘rampers’ or perhaps legitimate investors who saw future value in the company and like many did not consider a future appalling European conflict?

Being a BRICS member and not party to self harming sanctions does not equate to Musk buying EUA however I imagine all party’s are well aware of EUA and what it offers.

As CEO I believe James would be adequately compensated via one of the following share options (below) set for May as he is a key player bringing WK into production, clearly highly proficient in his field and I would estimate considerably incentivised by EUA for the work performed and continues to perform for the company.

No reason at all why James cannot take on a role elsewhere. Mining and admin are in place at EUA any additional role is a tribute to his skill and knowledge not confirmation EUA has sold to suggest as such is misleading.

As for selling shares, these would be the options shares (25,000,000) which have not been taken up yet, which are valid until 02/05/23 for executive/non executive directors.
That aside EUA is still in NDA until such time an announcement is made so no he cannot sell any shares cos he ain’t got any (until exercised
as above).

I would guesstimate he has completed his immediate remit at EUA and that was WK to production set to ramp up considerably next year with leccy drag line so possibly no reason at this stage why he is unable to take a NED position, not the first will not be the last, look at how many company’s Christian has his digits in as a example?
From a operational perspective the company is in a far stronger position over the past year and is able to look after itself even if no deal comes through in the immediate future.
However the next few months will be interesting to say the least DFS, Rosgeo licences we await which implies admin is all in place and submitted hopefully drag line tested ready to roll so James work for now complete and we await the relevant authorities to grant the permissions requested?

The dragline operates with a 70m boom and 11m3 bucket and has a designed earth-moving capacity of around 150,000m3 per month. They also reference Sibayne and its initial proposal and subsequent pull out of the Atlantic Nickel M&A acquisition.
You could just as easily have imagined Sibayne pulled out to buy EUA’s Nickel deposit instead and added a whole layer of intrigue for a story there instead?
The company clearly stated at the time the focus on sale of assets while progressing other strategic options, the other options could have been part of a JV of course but that does not qualify your remarks that EUA were not progressing M&A this is unreliable conjecture at best.
And DS has not offloaded and owns 16.32% of the company as detailed in the investor share capital page on the company web site.
