“All parties remain fully committed to the completion of the funding transaction as soon as possible and, as announced by the Company on 13 April 2023, Hainan and Xinmao have received all necessary approvals from the Chinese Government authorities to allow it to complete its funding and investment, including "Overseas Project Investment Filing Certificates" from the Hainan Province National Development and Reform Commission ("NDRC") and Company Overseas Investment Certificate from the Department of Commerce of Hainan Province.”

Absolutely my concerns too.
Shareholders owned a company that was sold for good money, but shareholders didn’t benefit one bit.
But I assume Dennis and crew are drawing a nice salary and gaining options while all this goes on.
Perhaps they could offer existing shareholders some incentives too?! Right, that’s likely to happen…
I don’t see anything transformational at the moment. Just a lot of hot air about possible projects that they don’t even know exist yet.
Any serious investor wouldn’t invest in KZG based on that presentation. But AMS have invested and at a premium. So what are we not being told?

From last operational update:
“ (1) completing the mill facility and bringing it on to production (2) continuing the search for precious metals and pinning down a discovery for development and (3) ensuring that the potential upside of the Company's copper prospects is maximised. Importantly, once the mill is producing we will become a revenue and cash generating business and we look forward to keeping shareholders informed on progress."
So all good.
The news this year could be transformational for GWMO.

I’m holding tight to see what happens next . There is NOTHING currently enticing me to sell, even though I am multiple times up on original investment. That may change of course, but I have a modest holding of a few million that was bought cheap. These investment opportunities that start playing out positively are few and far between on AIM, so until there is a good reason to sell (apart from the free ride theory) then I intend to sit on my hands and see what happens over the next 12-months. IF there were well-founded rumours of a TO within that timeframe that spiked the SP, then I would likely take a chunk off the table depending on the then current state of affairs.

Me thinks you give this BB too much weight….
There is no smoke without fire, so if this does start shooting up on rumours of a takeover I would suggest that those rumours would likely start from a more credible source than a random bunch of posters on LSE for them to impact share price.
Relax< this is just a bunch of PIs chewing the cud. We have no influence on the SP.

Happy days. Glad I got in early and I’m definitely holding on to my @KodalMinerals shares… I think this is just the start of a MASSIVE rerate. I wouldn’t be surprised if Hainan make a bid for the entire operation, as happened with Kazera’s lithium/tantalum operation - their Chinese partner Hebei Xinjian Construction initially bought in to fund the mine, then subsequently made an offer to buy the whole thing out.
And if a sale is considered, I’m sure B won’t sell it cheap.
As we know with AIM, anything’s possible. If B walks away with a life changing amount of money, then I’m sure he could be tempted…. Let’s hope it would go to a bidding war.

PS not saying I told you so but … !
