What is happening?

The expiration date of your Supply@ME Capital plc warrants (31/12/2025) has been extended to 31 December 2026.

You can pay to convert each warrant into an ordinary share. To convert a warrant into a share you’ll need to pay the exercise price, which is 0.065p per share. You’ll have the opportunity to do this up until 31 December 2026, at which point they’ll expire. The warrants are not listed on the stock market so cannot be traded.

If you would like to exercise your warrants, please send us a secure message with your instruction. Hargreaves Lansdown will process warrant exercise requests on a monthly basis so it may take up to six weeks to receive the ordinary shares following submitting an instruction to convert your warrants.

We will contact you again to confirm a final exercise opportunity once the deadline of 31 December 2026 nears, however, you can submit an instruction to exercise your warrants by sending us a secure message before then.

We can’t accept instructions through the HL App.
