This share isn’t going to 1p any time soon.

At 1p you would have 12 billion in the money warrants as well so market cap would be even higher as many would exercise their warrants.

SYME remains technically insolvent as it has net liabilities. The recent cash raise was around 4 months cash burn so a future cash raise is pretty much nailed even if the £10 million white label deal l goes through.

Whilst share price is typically a discount to net asset value, BPM grows net assets which does result in share price growth as long as discount % doesn’t increase.

So if you a longer term investor you get rewarded for holding.

The share buy backs help a bit with the discount factor.

The discount also means an additional safety margin for shareholders as we buying in at lower valuation.

So I will continue to hold.

Over at RTOP AZ has failed to pay the $1.5 million promised on 16 May but says finalisation of contracts is imminent.

AZ just never seems to deliver on his promises.

SYME shareholders are used to AZ promising and not delivering.

Look at 1AF2 accounts they show the €72 million debt.

All the 1AF2 debt was originally owned by IWEP and it sold part of that debt to Eight Capital, it still I believe, owns the rest.

Eight’s recent interims show the £30 million debt due to it. Eight is of course owned 80.5% by Truman Capital as you note.

Not that it matters much because 1AF2 and its parent TAG are both strapped for cash and can’t even pay SYME and RTOP the cash there are owed.
