ALGW don’t have a competent CFO which is what caused them the loss of PKF over not adopting IFRS 17 properly. The FRC recently told them they need to comply with IFRS 17 but they still can’t find an auditor that will take on the role because the larger auditors are not interested and most of the smaller firms lack insurance expertise.

It’s a disaster entirely of their own making.

Going concern is a judgement, when a company can’t demonstrate sufficient liquidity resources with a high degree of certainty, then a material uncertainty arises.

What evidence do you have that Supply has resolved its going concern uncertainties?

There are none, as no new revenue announcements and TAG restructuring remains outstanding.

Auditors accept reappointment to companies with material uncertainties over going concern as Crowe did in prior years with Supply.

Only BGM know why they accepted risks of non payment of fees and reputational risk taking on SYME audit.

I simply don’t believe it’s because Supply’s going concern issues have been resolved at present time.

Perhaps AZ will resolve TAG restructuring or fund raise via Nuburu sale of RTOP stake but until Supply issues a positive RNS. I won’t change my view

Wrong again, Supply’s accounts were actually prepared on a going concern basis last year.

If you think that the material uncertainty over going concern emphasis of matter referenceswill be removed this year, then I have a bridge to sell you.

Revenue generation remains uncertain as does ability of TAG to pay cash calls demanded by Supply.

BGM’s appointment as auditors doesn’t mean that the material uncertainty over going concern was resolved as you will out in just over a month’s time.

Even the most stupid auditor would be aware that there is a going concern issue at Supply and be drafting their material uncertainty paragraph. Supply has had such a caveat for last 3 years from memory. So need to state the obvious to BGM is there.

As to warning the SEC all we have at present is well founded suspicions based on previous behaviour at different entities. Once results are published that incorporate relevant acquisitions then potentially there will be some hard facts to challenge.

Even if all of $25 million for the initial stake is in respect of buying RegTech stake and none is for the defence company then only $1.5 million is in cash which is what Supply needs. Supply’s balance sheet deficit was triple the $1.5 million at interim stage.

$23.5 million in loan notes from a technically insolvent company like Nuburu aren’t going to be easy to turn into cash are they?

Next you will be arguing thatTAG can get Eight / IWEP to accept some of the $23.5 million loans notes to help with TAG reconstruction? Listed bonds would mean definition of a listed financial instrument.

AZ / DW hope to persuade the meme investor crowd to buy Nuburu stock and sell them overvalued companies like they did with Zamaz, Supply and Reg Tech.

This share is trading at a massive discount to last published NAV.

Today’s realisation was at a big premium to last recorded fair value which may be conservatism in previous fair value estimate or growth in underlying company. Either way it was great news.

Too many punters chase the next potential dream stock like P1ority AI rather than buying into an investor with exposure to much better AI companies at a big discount to their current fair value.

If Mindflair keep realising big cash profits it’s share price will catch up with underlying NAV perhaps not fully but hopefully closing the 76% discount that existed at interims.

If the deal was for really large monetary volumes then VRS could have got a higher minimum value than £25,000.

A positive but minimum revenues of just £25,000 won’t make much of a dent in the £6 million Innovate interest and debt that will be repayable from August 2026.

Albert was a Director of RegTech when the Prospectus was published promising £17.4 million in subscriptions none of which ever arrived.

I regards him badly for his failures on that Prospectus and subsequent fiasco of losing CEO, CFO and auditors.

His record at SYME is equally poor which is why I think AZ gave him the RTOP role in the first place.

Amy is a sound accounting technician but commercially naive in my opinion. The SYME track record will leave a big nasty stain on her CV.

David Bull had a nasty blow up at PCF Group removed from his SYME cv. He is far from a quality audit committee chair. His Bank of England experience is probably up there with Rachel Reeves claims.

The strongest Director was James Coyle who left after a very short period using the classic excuse of being too busy.
