It is sub scale and loses money constantly.

Entering into a $5.15 million loan commitment when your market cap is only a few million and you don’t have the cash is reckless.

The other Directors at Supply again trusted AZ and he has made them look stupid.

TAG aren’t off hook until $5.15 million is paid.

I wonder what his new auditors make of this latest fiasco?

The fact Nuburu agreed the Supply payment schedule on 19 March and 12 days later were in breach of that agreement is evidence of either very poor financial forecasting or making reckless promises when you don’t have the cash resources.

So Nuburu has just fessed it couldn’t pay on time.

AZ desperately scrambling around to find cash.

Why anyone still believes in AZ to deliver on anything is a mystery.

Actually the interim accounts were to 31 July 2024 and were published on 31 October 2024. The cash was included in Trade receivables in amount of £4,185,535. Perhaps you should report yourself. LOL

The £888,000 asset impairment at Total Carbide wasn’t a known factor nor was its 27% revenue decline and massive increase in its reported losses. No wonder Versarien is struggling to sell the business.

The Graphene still makes a gross loss albeit massively down from prior year but it’s still a long way from covering its own costs let alone plc costs.

The retained deficit of almost £3 million is funded by creditors not shareholders.

You can only defer paying them for so long.

Sooner or later they will need to be paid along with existing ongoing losses as creditors won’t continually accept late payments.

This requires more cash than just the ongoing losses.

Paul Planet asks why so much cash is required.

He has obviously forgotten or doesn’t understand that Supply has already had substantial net negative liabilities of £2.8 million at interim stage and ongoing losses both of which require funding.

Many micro caps have material uncertainties paragraphs highlighting they are facing risks of not being going concerns.

If your an investor in such companies you are being told there is a high risk of them going bust.

Unless a solvency review board has a crystal ball they can’t predict the final outcome with any certainty.

Given I spotted that Supply was a poor quality stock a long time ago you won’t be selling me your bridge.

You’re completely and utterly wrong.

The going concern concept is applied looking forward at least 12 months to projections starting from the date the accounts are signed. So for Supply last year the accounts were to 31 December 2023 but the going concern assessment would cover 12 months from 30 April 2024 to 29 April 2025.

You already know when a listed company is experiencing solvency problems because it has to state whether or not they are material uncertainties around going concern looking forward 12 months from when interim and year end accounts are signed. The year end assessment is audited.

What do envisage an FCA review would add for unregulated entities?

Nuburu will provide cash under convertible loans and then get issued shares and warrants,

Nuburu states that it plans to gain control of Supply which means they will keep shares.

Even you should be able to understand how this works.

The SYME shareholder interest you quote is months out of date plus 9.15 billion shares divided by 71 billion shares in issue isn’t 14.97%

AZ hopes to let insolvent TAG off historic loan which it can’t pay and replace it with a CLN from Nuburu.

Nuburu’s last filed accounts for 30 September 2024 show that it was also technically insolvent but at least with a CLN it can dump shares to recoup the cash.

Still no update on IM funding or new business.
