Hi all, came across TIG yesterday and looks interesting to build a stake given the drop in SP last month.

It is also interesting that Kestrel are continuing to buy. For those who are not aware, should a takeover offer be received, it will be at the highest price paid in the last 12 months.

As per UK takeover rules ‘ A mandatory offer must be in cash (or accompanied by a cash alternative) at not less than the highest price paid by the bidder (or any concert party) for any interest in target shares in the 12 months before the announcement of the offer ("look-back period").’

Hi all, bought in on Friday at £42. Based on my research, the company looks solid with the market outlook positive for 2025. The SP has to turn at some point.

I’ll be honest, I bought for a quick trade on Monday. Managed to sell first thing at 2.69 this morning and bought back at 2.45. Happy to hold until after Christmas now.

Plus, I thought the downside was already factored in, especially from the £3 range to £2.75 in November itself.

Sorry that you are under water on this @monsa. We all have our own thoughts, good and bad.

I don’t have any issues with shareholders or the company, I do despise the management. I have lost a lot of money in HEMO in the past so continue to see the same mistakes HEMO keep making.

They need a strategy, advisors and a credible plan.

Looking at the video, Peter’s last comments were ‘so that’s our motivation’. We all have motivations, there should be a credible and a tangible plan in place!

I’ve just seen doing a bit more digging around on Peter Redmond. It says he has over 30 years corporate finance experience, but look at BHRD, it went bust when he was Company Secretary.

Look at the RNS from 14 April 2021 which shows how stubborn Vlad can be that he let go partnership with a Global Pharma. Lost a lot of money because of this.

Although not a holder, I do follow this board. I do feel for the long term holders such as jhfh and MrIndia.

I’ve lost big in COPL, so tend to stick to FTSE stocks.

It’s only money and look after your loved ones.

Been following HEMO since 2020, I sold out after the CLN crisis in 2020 but have traded it since.

Love the science, but don’t trust the little weasel, Vlad. This second RNS proves it.
