Both should be recovering as gold moves higher in the coming weeks.

Sports representation and marketing services provider TLA Worldwide (TLA) is diversifying away from its core baseball player representation business into marketing related to other sports. This move will bear fruit in 2015. The highest profile expansion is the elite International Champions Cup (ICC) being organised for Melbourne, Australia next July. Real Madrid, Manchester City and AS Roma have been signed up to take part in the tournament, which will be held in the Asia Pacific region up until 2018. There is a US version of the tournament which will continue. Melbourne Cricket Ground has a capacity of 100,000 and there will be three matches broadcast live to 150 countries. The event will generate cash for TLA and give it a foothold in Asia Pacific when previously it has generated most of its revenues from the Americas. The appointment of Dave Bialek enables TLA to become involved in sponsorship and in-stadia marketing. The original baseball representation business also continues to grow and the group is cash generative. Net debt was $8.5 million at the end of June 2014 and this could be reduced to $1.1 million by the end of 2015, according to house broker Numis. A dividend of 1p a share would provide a 2015 yield of 2.7%. A 2014 profit of $9 million is forecast, up from $6.8 million in 2013. The 2015 forecast was increased to $12.3 million following the interims in September. The shares are trading on just over eight times prospective 2015 earnings and there is potential for further growth from the original and newer operations.

Well last day trading was Friday, Court Hearing today at 10.00am and we should receive our funds in the coming weeks via cheque I believe Amazing that there were buys of £1m+ going through at 1.47 up to 1.49. Even at the highest price paid of 1.49 that huge trade should net the buyer £20k when they receive the funds for 1.51 per share

Riddler - how does today's news change things in your view? Henderson looking to acquire 30%+ and take Redhall private? Why would they be interested in the debt otherwise? RHL the specialist engineering support services group, has been notified that Henderson Volantis Capital ("Henderson") has entered into an agreement with HSBC Bank plc to purchase £10.0 million of the Group's bank facility. Henderson currently holds 27.69% of the issued ordinary share capital of Redhall. The agreement will be governed by way of an inter creditor agreement between Henderson and HSBC. There is no amendment to the terms of the bank facility between HSBC and the Group, including margins and covenants. Martyn Everett, Chairman of Redhall, commented: "We are pleased that our major shareholder, Henderson, has taken this opportunity to invest further in Redhall. This clearly demonstrates their confidence in the Group and its prospects. The management team remain focussed on delivering the strategic plan, which was set out in the announcement on 4 December 2014, with the full on-going support of Henderson and HSBC".

Indianna - Yes a basket of commodities, it is detailed in the reports. The average price received as reported by the company is lower and this has to be factored into serious operational projections. Cash costs and AISC figures as reported factor this in. It all contributes to HGM production, revenue and the margin of profit. Have you looking into the capital development costs, not just sustaining development? It's unclear what H214 will amount to but are we assuming part of the $50m rotating credit facility will be used for mine development?

Mulder - All in costs were estimated to be around $850/oz a few weeks ago... $150/oz on top of cash costs. Admin costs not included add more to this $850/oz figure based on H114 figures. In H214 cash costs are lower and production up but now expected to be lower than forecast. This effects group costs per ounce. AISC + admin will work out around $850-900/oz all in all. Also need to factor in lower realised gold price - "The Group's average realised price of gold and gold equivalents amounted to US$1,210 per oz in H1 2014" - lower because of Novo (see recent posts). Most gold producers realised a gold price around $1295-$1300/oz in H114. So expect the average realised gold price in H214 to be around $1,120 per oz Perhaps worth considering whether the $50m credit facility has been drawn down on in this period to fund capex of ongoing developments...
