In my opinion they haven't even look at the AST case until now, they were hoping the CEO will finish the job and put the company in the ground and there will be no need for a permit!!!

The Company has been assured the required permits will be processed without undue, further delay, which the Company takes to mean they should be issued in final form in the next two months.

I was thinking something similar, Suay Chin was shorting this ****e so they can buy really cheap making an offer at 0.13p after they realised this is worth a lot more than 0.38p/share!!!
now they own a big part of the company with an average of 0.25p!!!
think about it: if someone wants to buy now 30% of the company on the open market share price will get to maybe to 2-3p !!
people need to understand this dodgy Chinese investors with cash they play different type of games and also have time to wait for the end game!!!

but in the end I do not care!!!

This will go up over 0.30p very soon ; people who were smart and waited and bought at low price or topped up will be happy and make good profit and the rest will cry and chase another rainbow thinking ''what if...???"

As i said before, the only way to beat the system is to stay invested long term - i am invested here already 2 years and topped up 5-6 times....

Unfortunatelly i think there will be no offer on table at this time and share will retrace to 16-17p :( Anyway, this is a good long term investment, if you willing to wait 12 months from now share will double, all brokers are saying is worth at least 30-35p/share!!! Many traders will bail out on no deal, a short term pain but a good buy for future! Remember: you will never get rich trading in AIM!!

As i said before, this share is so predictable, look at the history for last 2-3 years, just need a little bit of patience, this should go back to 9-10p in next few days / weeks and 15-18p with favourable news; there is more value here than 7p; many do not have patience to wait , AIM is not for the investors , too many traders but this company worth more than 7p / share; Invested here since 2016 and had a good top up at 5.85p :)!!!

3-5 years investment i think is a good estimate; most of the people invested in MTR long ago, some already have at leas 1-2 years money locked in this company. I have already 10 months since i have invested here; If this drops to 2.5p will top up again!!! What i noticed in last years is that usually summer is the worst time to buy comodities or to invest in general, sentiment usually come back in october, and at the end of year we will see a higher price of industrial metals.
