Results can be really good but i dont have inside trading info about the company = i dont know more than you!
The last RNS issued on 13th Feb gives a clue that results are really gooodddd!

This is AIM, anything can happen, already have enough invested here; once i see the results and gold price will be above 1326(that was the resistance) i have extra 5k ready to top up on this!!! Maybe i will miss a 5-10% early spike but if results are good and gold price going up this will be 14-15 p in 1-2 months!

Majority of sells are really small sells , automated sales to keep the price down, someone wants to acumulate these share for peanuts !!!
Wednesday results will be out and I will have the cash ready for a nice top up!

Gold is up this morning, I hope this will follow the trend and make some cashhhhh!!!
We should be at least 12p with gold over 1320!!!

Before buying more I want to see what news comes now from management and how much money they need to raise and the most important at what price. Any II'S willing to buy in this will want a massive discount!
Also surprised to see that even at 5p-10p no director buys!!!
When heard leaves this will drift really low, and 30-40 days is a long time in AIM with no news!

No director buys, even at this level;
No one wants to be in this dog as the debt is massive, mega dilution coming soon - possible convertible notes or very low primary bid offer;
Motif needs to raise a lot of cash to continue and that cash will be at a very discounted price as the risk is very high now;
Major II'S already reducing their holdings in Motif or getting out completely, if there is no major II'S support then you can forget about anything good to happen!!!
Motif will need soon to issue an RNS of how much cash will need to raise and what huge discount to be offered to convince some major II'S to buy it and share price of AMP will adjust to that, then you will see the final collapse here, Unfortunately in this shit market and with Brexit issues not many willing to invest in this.
The price swings in share price you see now is the herd looking for a quick buck because of high volatility and a small possibility to make some small profit but you already know what is going to happen when the herd gets bored and leaves!!!

Motif will now request a meeting with the FDA, which it hopes could take place within the next 30 to 45 days. It was a high risk, binary chance!!
Amp will go bankrupt, MTFB needs to raise cash , in my opinion will be 8 - 10p...Problem is now if major investors trying to bail out this wil go to less than 5p...also AMP needs to get rid of all MTFB shares as they need money urgently, but who will buy it???
This horror story is similar to FUM!

Petrofac faces potential £400m lawsuit following ex-employee's bribery conviction: Litigation funder Innsworth said today that it was preparing to fund a lawsuit against Petrofac on behalf of a group of institutional shareholders who claim they have suffered substantial losses because of Petrofac’s action; as you can see charges can can or will be filled against the company!

is this a good buy at this level?? only if the oil wil start to higher( 70-75) and Brexit issue sorted out as this belong to FTSE 250 affected by the Brexit news!

strange this is not going up before expected news!!!
can we expect delays?

At the moment there is nothing that shows a good investment in UK shares because of Brexit situation...no matter what you choose in case of a no deal Brexit everything on stock market will fall 15-20% than current level....and then market will start a quick recover ; same happened just after Brexit vote...

Late sells trades suggest that major II's offloading - investment trust, funds, private share holder...No deal Brexit will have a bad influence on this, a possible decrese of 20% than current level!

Capita never recovered...share price is 112p at the moment and the trend is downnnnn and with the Brexit situation will be back to 100p in no time!!! - not far from the lowest point; Capita and some other UK shares recovered for a short period quickly from 100 to 120 just because the markets had a good week and the sentiment was positive for investing/trading shares. Unless you bought at the bottom and sold on spike as a quick trade it was not a good investment!!!
Same example here: nobody knows where bottom is!
Best case scenario and i notice lately in many stocks, when this will hit the bottom traders will get a 20% gain and then this will retrace slowly ....
Investing at the moment in UK shares with huge amount of debt not a good idea, even if it looks cheap, cheap can become cheaper - no deal Brexit will see this and many other shares 20% down...have a look at what happened in 2016 on Brexit day!

Too much debt here, overvalued company, 80p coming soon!!!
value of company is £1.1 billion, the share equity is only £212m; profit guidance and dividends are falling ...
This is a dog share at the moment, better oportunities to invest in this depressed market with profit making companies with little or no debt!

This is why i think this share can go much lower (maybe a 325p) and should wait until dust settle and POO will rise significantly:

because now is a certain thing that the company did bribes and many other wrong doings to get contracts it is possible some of the major holders (inv. trusts, funds...) will choose to cut the ties with this type of company.
And when that happens, no matter how many pi's will buy in and looking for a quick buck, you can not match the selling power of a big fund or investment trust.

Shorters will take advantage of the bad news and will increase their shorts!

POO is not helping either, going down at the moment more than 1.5%...

Petrofac is part of the FTSE 250 - Very affected at the moment by the Brexit situation and general market conditions!

Long term investment could be a good thing, sometimes average down your existing holding also helps...

Some will never learn;

it was a big pump & dump and now suckers will have to wait forever to recoup their investment!!

Happy days for the ones who managed to offload at the top of the spike but painful for the ones who bought!
